By using Chngd, you agree to these terms. If you're using it on behalf of a company, you're confirming you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
You're responsible for maintaining access to your account and for anything that happens under it. Don't share your login access with anyone you don't trust.
Don't use Chngd to publish unlawful, abusive, or spam content, or to attempt to abuse, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis via Stripe. You can cancel anytime through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You retain ownership of the commit data, changelog entries, and other content you publish through Chngd. You grant us a license to process that content solely to provide the service (e.g. sending it to Claude to draft changelog entries, hosting published entries on your public page).
You can stop using Chngd and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Chngd is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated changelog drafts may contain inaccuracies — you're responsible for reviewing content before publishing it.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Chngd after changes means you accept the updated terms.
